Mission Hill Family Estate Exhilaration Brut Rosé NV

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe first sparkling rosé from Mission Hill is made in the charmat style, and it looks to be consistent this time out. The pinot fruit comes off two specific vineyard blocks from two different Oliver estate vineyards: one on Black Sage Road, and the other on the Golden Mile Bench. The attack is soft and a bit frothy, with ripe cherries and watermelon on the nose and more cherry and citrus on the palate. Light and easy sipping, this quaffable pink bubble was made for chilling and serving on the summer patio. Well made, but pricey for what it is.Tasted: 11 April 2024Tasted by: Prices:
