Mâconnais, Burgundy, FranceMade with Chablis in mind, this chardonnay is rooted in clay / limestone soils, and fermented and aged in stainless. Ripe and round in the mouth, with white honey, white mushroom, white blossoms, apricot fuzz, and green apple, with a subtle buzzy, shimmery hum running the undercurrent.
