Exton Park Reserve Blend 28 Blanc de Noirs Brut NV
Hampshire, EnglandMade entirely of reserve wines, dating back to 2011, this BdN is entirely pinot noir off their estate, from 28 blocks (hence the RB28 name). After at least 3 years on lees, it was dosed with 10 g/L RS. Quite high acidity cuts through raspberry, cranberry, and brioche, with a buzzy hum of chalk ringing on the finish.
