Champagne, FranceThe Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs is born from 36 blocks of Grand Cru Chardonnay inside the Côtes des Blancs. The effervescence is lighter than in other champagnes, thanks to a Bruno Paillard-specific bottle fermentation technique. During the bottling before the second fermentation, they use less added yeast than the Champagne standard, creating a slightly lower finished pressure. As a result, an added delicacy and creaminess seem to absorb and show off its refined flavours of lime and almonds dusted in salinity.
