Rueda, Castilla-Leon, SpainThis relatively new winery (started 3 years ago) has access to very old, pre-phylloxera vines in Alcazarén. This was entirely done in stainless. Bright and fresh, with ample lemon verbena, greengage, pineapple rind, on a glossy, smoothed palate, finishing with a snappy grapefruit rind twist.
