The style is aromatic and fresh, hand-harvested, meticulously sorted, whole bunch pressed and racked to stainless tanks for a month-long cool fermentation. Like last year it is all you could want for the price from its round, soft, juicy, savoury, lime, litchi, stone fruit that goes down friendly.
