Gidda Family Estate One Block Rosé 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Gidda family planted its first vineyard in West Kelowna in 1978. The winemaking in this single block series is guided by Daniel Bontorin, and done in a low intervention style. The nose is a quiet affair of red fruits, while on the palate, it presents dry and fresh with delicate raspberry, lime, and rhubarb with a twist of bitters. It needs a touch of fat to set itself off.
