The palate is dusty dry with a fresh lemony, almost saline nose pulling you into the glass. The fruit is pure green apple, with a touch of croissant and wet stone and a taut, lemony finish. This was disgorged with zero dosage. Bone dry, this is showing ample lees set up against mouth-watering lemony acidity. Green apple, dusty stone, biscuit, salted parmesan fill in the gaps of this tight wine, finishing with a lingering citrus buzz.
