Veneto, ItalyUmberto Cosmo's family has focused on farming for generations (eggs and cheese), and he went to veterinary school. However, he and his brother decided they wanted to do something different and make wine instead, and they opened the winery in 1986. This comes from the Carpesica area of Conegliano, at 180m. It spent 2 months in autoclaves, and was dosed at 6.5 g/L. Soft and expansive on the palate, with white peach blossoms, pear skin, and kisses of lime.
