With granitic slope sourced grapes, this youthful red spends five months in stainless steel. Wild plum, cherry, ample white pepper float through this herbal franc, with buzzy granitic acidity offset by soft, lightly sticky tannins, and a rinse of VA tightening the snappy finish.
