Alsace, FranceThis blend of organic / biodynamic pinot gris, auxerrois, and riesling was sourced from vineyards in Guebwiller, Bergholtz, Bux lieu-dit, and Belzbrunnen, with an average vine age of 35 years. After a stainless ferment, this spent 24-32 months on lees, with 0 dosage at bottling. This presents dry, with subtle white florals, pear blossom, yellow apple, on a silken palate, with fine bubbles and bright lift through the chalky finish.
