Clos Lentiscus Kikiriki Tinto 2018

Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainFrom the biodynamic and biodiverse world of Penedès' Clos Lentiscus, in Catalonia, this natural / organic / biodynamic blend of cofermented ull de llebre (tempranillo) and carignan comes from 42 year old vines in La Dolinera vineyard. It was native fermented in stainless, where it remained over the winter and until bottling the following spring, with no additions or deletions. Pouring a lighter crimson hue, this carries a muddied melange of red florals, tart cranberry, rhubarb, wild flowers across a soft palate, with a rinse of VA and fine, sticky tannins.
