After a native ferment in stainless, this rested there over the winter and headed direct to bottle in the spring, with no additions or deletions. Meadow herbs, white flowers, marcona almond, green apple, lime pith run the length of this sleek palate, lit with a limestone shimmer underneath, finishing with ample salinity.
