Adamo Oaked Gamay Noir 2017
Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis gamay was planted at Huebel Grapes Estates in 1996, in the Four Mile Creek's clay loam soils. Very silken and perfumed, with potpourri, soft raspberries, mulberries on a shorter palate, with sticky / pasty tannins framing the outside. The wood is swallowed up by the plumed fruit.
