Wairau Valley, Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandWith fruit off their five estate vineyards, this was fermented and rested on lees in stainless. Bright, refined gooseberry, lemon/lime, lemon verbena, hedgerow glide along the palate, lit with a fine stony shimmer and padded with a bump of RS.
