Campania, ItalyThis family has been growing grapes and making wine in the ancient vine-growing Campania since 1910. This falanghina comes from southwest facing hillside vineyards in Taburno, and tufa clay soils at 300m. The destemmed grapes were fermented in stainless, where it rested for a short time before bottling.
