This cuvée comes from the cooler Weisleiten and Haarlocke vineyards. After a short maceration on skins, this was native fermented in stainless, where it remained until the following spring. Bright and fresh, though now with a slight honeyed slick, this streams verbena, pear skin, crab apple, river stones along a streamlined palate, seasoned with subtle white pepper and pithy wild lime.
