Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Evolve wines are styled to be easy sipping with round edges. The 45/45/10 mix of cabernet franc, merlot, and syrah is aged separately in American and French oak for 14 months before the final blend. The palate is light with spicy raspberry and an earthy herbaceous undercurrent on a short, dry finish. A cheeseburger might be the way to go here, or maybe a cheesy pizza.
