Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTransfiction is a cabernet franc, syrah and sangiovese blend that is handled simply: whole-cluster-pressed, fermented, and aged in concrete. The style is a bit like Provence, with a pale, pale pink hue. The nose is a ripe strawberry affair with a twist of desert scrub for interest. The attack is similar with more strawberry, citrus, rhubarb.
