Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandFrom the stony, silty soils of Marlborough Central Valley's Rapara District, this youthful, forward sauvy was fermented and rested briefly in stainless. Juicy and fruit-driven, with passionfruit, guava, tangerine, kumquats and pointed lime sherbet acidity that drives this through the snappy palate, finishing with a dusting of ginger spice.
