The nose is classic brambly, sweet blackberry, and red currant with a fine streak of spice. The attack is soft with zero tannin present leading to a medium-long, fleshy finish with pepper, and cola. Hamburgers, pork chops, beef kabobs, tacos all work here. A simple, well-made, ready to drink zin for the backyard barbecue party.
