Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaSourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across Niagara Peninsula, this classic riesling is meant to provide a sketch of Tawse's take on the grape in the region. Juicy and bright, with gobs of sweet lime, pear, Asian pear, and tangerine. There's a bump of RS, smartly countered by some fresh acidity, leaving this just off-dry on the snappy finish.
