The Reserve Exclusive, a mix of 40/40/20 pinot noir, pinot meunier, and chardonnay, is always well chosen. It spends an impressive 42 months on its lees, which gives a creamy, leesy, toasted palate that enchants the drinker from the first sip. There is a rush of red apples dusted with citrus and almond, with an upbeat, mineral, chalky, refined finish.
