Burgundy, FranceFrom a very cool, stony, calcareous slope, and vines 50 years old, this pinot noir was macerated for 10 days and fermented in stainless before resting in older wood for 10 months. Fragrant cherry, sandalwood, black plum is tinged with forest moss, and framed with astringent tannins, finishing with a bitter espresso / dark chocolate note.
