Maison Saint Aix Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé 2020
Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceClassic Provence pale peach/pink from a mix of grenache, syrah, cinsault, and carignan, this is a 30/70 saignée/direct press affair done at cool temperatures to preserve its pure red fruit. The vineyard sits at 420m on a high plateau to fend off the heat of summer. The palate is slippery red fruit with black pepper and a mineral, stony, cleansing finish spiked with a touch of garrigue.
