Meinklang Weisser Mulatschak NV
Neusiedlersee, Burgenland, Weinland Österreich, AustriaThis light-bodied (11.5%) natural, biodynamic orange pours a hazy light orange hue, from 5-7 days maceration on skins of the Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminer blend. The grapes come from Burgenland's Neusiedlersee and its sandy, loamy, rocky soils. Post pressing and native ferment in stainless, this rested 4 months on lees before bottling with no fining or filtration and minimal sulphites. Lightly riffing on the palate with apricot, peach fuzz, and gooseberry, marked with a dusting of ash, and humming along with a slight prickle and gentle him of acidity. Refreshing orange for drinking now.Tasted: 01 August 2021Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $30.00 | 750ml | private wine stores |
