Neusiedlersee, Burgenland, Weinland Österreich, AustriaThis lightly fizzy biodynamic and natural rosé blends Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch from Burgenland's Neusiedlersee, and its cool, sandy loamy soils. After a short maceration and pressing, native fermentation started in stainless, and finished in a pressurized tank. Just off-dry, with a mouthful of fresh raspberries, cherries, wild strawberries and a gentle riff of skin tannins to counter.
