Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom certified organic fruit grown over sandy loam soils in Osoyoos, Free Form is wild fermented and aged for just under a year in concrete. The style is much lighter than you might expect, concentrating on lively red fruit with a stony mineral underside that adds to its vibrancy. It is a bright, lighter style of cabernet sauvignon, with wild red fruits and an undercurrent of stony minerality. The tannins are concrete refined, leaving the palate juicy, a word we seldom use to describe cabernet sauvignon. It is an excellent instructionally pure style of cabernet at 12% alcohol that is ready to drink.Tasted: 17 April 2025Tasted by: Prices:

Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Osoyoos' certified organic Sekhon Family Vineyard, this cab sauv was destemmed and native fermented in stainless before basket pressing and heading to concrete and 11 months' aging. It's curious to see a 2019 as a new release on market, and this is certainly showing age, with soft dried cherry, subtle raspberry filling a juicy, watery core. Tannins are now absorbed into the wine, giving a loose hold to a lightly spiced finish. Nice to see with some age, so if you're looking for a gentler, certainly quite pure version of the grape, look here.Tasted: 16 May 2025Tasted by: Prices:

Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is similar in style to the 2018 vintage, but there's added depth and definition this year. It's an elegant, lighter style of cabernet sauvignon, showing juicy currant and red cherry alongside dried flowers and leafy herbs. Medium-bodied and just 12% abv, it’s vervy and mouthwatering with finely integrated tannins on a gravelly finish. Restrained and compelling, this is more than just a vin du soif but it’s certainly crushable all the same. Sourced from a certified organic vineyard in Osoyoos and then aged in concrete for 11 months.Tasted: 04 August 2021Tasted by: Prices:
