Free Form Cabernet Franc 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Sekhon Vineyard, a certified organic site in Osoyoos, this was fermented in stainless steel before aging in concrete for 11 months. It's a lean, restrained style of cabernet franc, clocking in at just 12% abv, which gives this a fantastic quaffable character. That said, there's complexity too, with crunchy red fruits, fresh aromatic herbs, and savoury spices.
