Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Outwash Vineyard, located south of the Black Sage Bench on Oliver's sandy east bench, this shows sweet red fruits and a swath of oak spices. Twenty-six months in equal parts French and American oak lends this no shortage of vanillin, coconut, and espresso.
