Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA nice shift to a drier style has given the 2018 Marsanne a more complex edge out of the gate. Look for a mix of orange and dried apricot on the nose, with nectarines and almonds underneath. The alcohol has gone down even further to 12.5%, adding to the freshness of the wine. I love the direction this wine is heading toward. It is perfect for vegetarian or simple shellfish dishes.
