Black Hills Rosé 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis 2020 pink is an intriguing 64/30/6 blend of syrah, Mourvèdre and grenache, as winemaker Ross Wise looks to the south of France for inspiration. The wine has been systematically dried out to allow for a more interesting rosé with bright acidity and some of that trademark Provence softness. Strawberries and sagebrush dominate along with a dusting of cranberry and spice. Any charcuterie plate would be a good match.Tasted: 16 August 2021Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $26.90 | 750ml | winery direct and private wine shops |
