Terravista Roussanne 2020
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Severine Pinte's home vineyard in Oliver, this Focus Series Roussanne was whole cluster pressed and then fermented in a 50/50 mix of stainless and one neutral 450L French puncheon. It underwent bâtonnage for 3 months and then aged on lees in barrel for 5 months. Roussanne's fragrance is at the fore here, with peach, mandarin, and lush apricot basing lime leaf and peel, with a dusting of ginger spicing on the finish.
