Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMuscat is not for everyone, but it can be alluring when it's as right as this one. Fragrant and floral from jasmine to orange blossoms, this wine brings it all to the table. Demeter certified, it comes off the home estate in East Kelowna and burst out of the glass with juicy, bright, off-dry fruit. The ferment naturally packed it in at 28 grams residual sugar, but while it is sweet, there is enough juicy, citrus acidity to keep it all fresh and linear on the palate. Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis organic and Demeter certified biodynamic muscat comes off their Kelowna home estate. The fruit was soaked on skins for 2 hours before pressing, native fermented in stainless, and allowed to stop ferment when it wanted (leaving 28 g/L RS). This showcases muscat's fragrance well, with ample freesia, pear blossoms, jasmine scenting a base of ripe pear and gooseberry. This off-dry white is well balanced by shining citrus acidity, trailing off on the finish with a dusting of ginger.
