Poppyshake Cider 2020

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis cider is a Naramata orchard backyard assortment, including Ambrosia, Manchurian Crab, Hyslop Crab, Kingston Black, Stokes Red, and Michelin. This was native fermented, and done as a pét-nat, with 6 months on lees before being hand disgorged in spring 2021 with no dosage and zero additions throughout. This is nervy and dry, pithy textured, with tight green apple, pear skin, elderflower blossoms on a slight, grippy palate, finishing with a lemon twinge.
