After approximately 18 hours of skin contact, the juice was cold settled, then racked and fermented to dryness, all in stainless. Cool and sleek, with wild strawberry, raspberry, mandarin on a tightly spiced, lightly creamy palate, finishing with a refreshing saline rinse.
