Lunessence ESV Riesling Organic 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the second release of the ESV Riesling and the first from the newly certified organic Summerland vineyard. It was handpicked October 7, fermented and aged on its lees for five months before bottling. The nose is a floral bouquet of scents that lead into a juicy mix of green apple, nectarine, and citrus rind, pleasantly mouthwatering. It is delicious and perfectly balanced if a touch off-dry, but that only makes it more inviting and certainly a candidate for spicy bites.
