Bordeaux, FranceThis organic Bordeaux rouge shows a lifted, perfumed nose of spiced cherry, violets, graphite, gravel, and cedar. It's ripe but elegant. You feel the 14.5% abv, but there is a youthful charm and appeal here, with the elevated concentration typical of the 2019 vintage. Medium-full bodied and round, led by merlot (91%) with an accent of petit verdot (9%), this is well-proportioned and clearly there's an emphasis on freshness and place.
