Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux, FranceWhite Bordeaux continues to be one of the best values on the planet, across all quality levels. This unassuming bottle from Caves de Rauzan, a large co-op in the heart of Bordeaux, may be one of the best deals in British Columbia right now. There's no shortage of fruit, with lemon, white grapefruit, and apricots that taste as if they were tossed in honey, alongside delicate herbs and wet stone. It's quite complex and serious, though just a touch thin on the finish.
