Wine by Joe Pinot Noir 2017
Oregon, United StatesFrom vineyards in the Willamette and Rogue Valleys, this was fermented in a blend of stainless and oak, with 11% moving to barrel for a 6 month rest, and the remainder staying in stainless. Wet wood, moss, cedar spices a ripe, round, softer palate of tart cherry, red currant, and green branch. Tannins are lightly sticky / pasty, and the finish is a little clipped. An entry level Oregon pinot for drinking now.Tasted: 24 June 2021Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:ON | $24.95 | 750ml | LCBO |
