Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaKadette is the mini pinotage at Kanonkop, not that it is all that mini. The nose is a lot of the classic smoked meat and earthy tones with slight plummy fruit and a five spice dusting. The palate is medium-full with black fruit and spice on a silky palate save for a few tannic tugs at the end.
