Central Otago, South Island, New ZealandFrom Central Otago's Gibbston Valley and Monterosa vineyard, this was late picked, native fermented in neutral oak, where it remained on lees. In the Alsatian style, Ripe and rich with honeyed pear, baked white peach, dusted with ample gingery spice, and with the oily palate livened with lime zest.
