Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Gill family has been growing grapes on the Golden Mile Bench for more than 3 decades, deciding to start their own label in 2009, and more recently bringing on celebrated viticulturist and winemaker Val Tait on board. This wine comes from their Mirror Lake Vineyard. Crisp and tangy and bright, with white grapefruit, passionfruit, tart green apple racing through the sleek, slender palate, buffered by a slip of lees to counter the sharpness.
