Lillooet, British Columbia, Canada2020 is an 82/18 split of Lillooet estate grown fruit and north Okanagan Valley riesling from Rise Vineyard. The nose is an intriguing mix of honey and savoury desert brush notes. The palate is mostly dry with green apple, lime peel, and bright acidity that accentuates the dryness. It lacks intensity and depth, but that will come with time as the vineyard fully matures.
