Fort Berens Small Lot Dry Riesling 2020
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Dry Riesling used 82% estate fruit and 18% from the north Okanagan's Rise Vineyard. This was whole cluster pressed and settled for a day before heading to tank for innoculation and a short amount of time on lees before bottling. This isn't entirely dry; there's a little bump of RS that counters intense lime sherbet, lime pith, green apple on the tart palate, finishing with some peach blossom and pit.
