Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe arrival of Daniel Cosman has immediately upped the wine quality at Enrico, and along with viticulturist Simon Spencer, they are elevating the game there. I love this wine because it has released the island in this gris, offering up lime and crisp green and red apple with bright acidity to float the mid-palate to the end. The finish is equally compelling, with a lovely clean mineral thread.
