Chablis, Burgundy, FranceBright and joyous, shining with lemon, pith, green apple all decked with a layer of fine lees. Such a shining example of what Petit Chablis SHOULD and CAN be as a youthful expression of drink-me-now Chablis. Domaine de Pisse-Loup is a family operation with Beine, and with 14 hectares of vines in Petit Chablis and Chablis appellations. This comes from 17 year old vines rooted in the appellations Portlandian limestone.
