Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Coyote Bowl Vineyard on the Black Sage Bench, there's no shortage of ripeness here. Four years on, the fruit is just starting to dry out, with lifted dark plum, bramble, and fig that is joined by dried sage and mocha tinged oak from 12 months in French barriques. There's still freshness to the acidity, but you certainly feel the 15% abv.
