Baillie-Grohman Florence Rosé 2020
Kootenay River Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNamed for the wife of William Baillie-Grohman, this pinot noir comes from the slopes of their Creston Valley estate home block. This was destemmed and left to macerate for 3 days before pressing, providing the deep peach hue. This was cool fermented in stainless, where it remained on lees until bottling. This pours a deeper peach hue, and is full in the mouth with raspberry yogurt, red apple, cherry jam, offset by a bump of RS.
