Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit is purchased, mostly from the organic Park Hill vineyard in Oliver, with a smaller portion out of Okanagan Falls. The style is off dry, but it much fresher and more vibrant than its Demeter biodynamic brother. The aromas and flavour dance across the palate with rich peaches and peach and pear blossom that dissolve into an intense palate of peach, litchi, lime sprinkled with ginger. Despite a strong sweet undercurrent, the freshness keeps it all in line and makes it a lot of fun to sip with or without food. Impressive.Tasted: 07 May 2021Tasted by: Prices:
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe majority of this organic gew comes off the Buchler family's Park Hill vineyard in Oliver, with a smaller portion off of Lilypond Acres vineyard, in Okanagan Falls. The grapes were destemmed and settled in stainless, where they remained for ferment and a brief rest. Off-dry and fragrant with lush peach blossom, apricot, juicy ripe pear, and gardenia florals, brightened with lime zest running the sleek palate. There's a lovely freshness here, easily countering the RS, and bringing this to a bright, lightly ginger spiced finish. Well done.Tasted: 24 May 2021Tasted by: Prices:
